What's Breakfast?
This week for health class we have to count every calorie that enters our mouth. All i can think is: oh boy, here we go. You see, i'm not exactly a big fan of eating breakfast, or lunch. People think i'm crazy, and maybe i am, but i just don't get hungry until dinner time! I know it's not "healthy", but it seems pointless to me to force myself to eat when i really just don't want anything at that moment.
Before everybody starts leaving posts about anorexia allow me to inform you that i DO eat all of the recommened calories, i just don't consume them until dinner. And yes, i know that "spacing out your meals and snacks helps your body to maintain a steady burning rate and keeps your metabolism in full gear."It probably would increase my metabolism if i ate three meals a day, but why eat when your not even hungry?
Unfortunately, now that i have to write down what and when i eat things, the whole skipping breakfast and lunch thing is just not going to work. My teacher let us know today that he expects us to have something written down for all meals, and if we don't...well you get the picture. Am i really the only person out there that doesn't get hungry until dinner though? I want this project to be a success, so i'm stepping out of my comfort zone and attemping to eat early in the day. Maybe brunch would be a better choice than both breakfast and lunch; just get it alll out of the way in one fell sweep.
Being as i'm new to the eating of breakfast and lunch, i was wondering if anyone had some ideas for super fast and relatively simple meal choices? Keep in mind that getting full is not an issue being as i don't ever eat at these meal times normally.

During the day they drink lots of water and lose weight this way. If they get hungry...they pray to God to take the hunger away, which restores the spiritual side with the physical and emotional side. CarolynLog in to reply -
